Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: "Lateral Crural Cephalic Malposition" in primary septorhinoplasty candidates 18-year-old patients and older
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Prior history of septoplasty Sinonasal Pathology: Chronic Sinusitis,Nasal Plyposis, Asthma, Allergic Rhinitis Prior history of rhinoplasty
