Inclusion criteria: Non -valve artrial fibrillation with stroke or TIA or IF<30% Not taking Asprin Lack of kidney and liver diseases and other specific disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a heart valve disorder Taking Asprin
