Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3 to 12 who are candidates for dental procedures (extractions, root canals, and restorations).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent to participate in the study Children with G6PD enzyme deficiency Autistic and hyperactive patients Sensitivity to NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) History of kidney disease History of liver disease History of neurological disease History of gastrointestinal bleeding

| Intensity of pain. Timepoint: From the time of full awakening until discharge. Method of measurement: From the time of full awakening until discharge, the patients' pain level is monitored based on the SEM criteria. SEM scores range from zero to 3, with a score of zero meaning comfort, a score of one meaning mild discomfort, a score of 2 meaning moderately painful, and a score of 3 being considered painful.;Emergence delirium (ED). Timepoint: From the time of full awakening until discharge. Method of measurement: The Watcha scale is a very useful tool for assessing ED. Watcha scores range from 0 to 4. A score is given if the child is sleeping (score 0), if the child is calm (score 1), if the child is crying but can be comforted (score 2), if the child is crying but cannot be comforted (score 3), and if the child is restless and thrashing around (score 4). | — |
