Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery within the past 48 hours Age over 18 years Ability to read and write and the patient's ability to use a smartphone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The occurrence of critical complications after surgery, including shock, cardiac tamponade, the need for reoperation, and rehospitalization after the initiation of the intervention Unwillingness to continue participation in the study Failure to respond to phone calls Incomplete questionnaire submission

| Self-efficacy. Timepoint: Once at discharge, one month after the intervention, and two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: The Cardiac Self-Efficacy Questionnaire, developed by Sullivan in 1988 to measure heart disease-related self-efficacy, will be used.;Medication adherence. Timepoint: Once at discharge, one month after the intervention, and two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: The 8-item Medication Adherence Scale developed by Morisky et al. (1986) to assess patient adherence to medication.;Hope. Timepoint: Once at discharge, one month after the intervention, and two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: The Hope Scale developed by Snyder et al. (1991) will be used to assess patients' level of hope in life. | — |
