Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderlies who wants to participate in research and fill out the informed consent form. Elderly people who are fully conscious and able to communicate. Elderly people who participate in this type of intervention for the first time. Elderly people who are not undergoing a similar intervention at the same time. Elderly people with age 65 to 85.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly people who are addicted to drugs, sedatives and alcohol. Elderly people who do not want to continue the research. Elderly people who do not complete the questionnaires completely. Elderly people with known psychological illnesses. Elderly people who have more than two absences in classes.
