Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being student at faculty of Dentistry, Hamadan University of Medical Sciences Being in the age range of 18-30 years old Having moderate to good oral health status Having at least 24 healthy teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having an orthodontic and prosthetic device in the mouth Having symptoms of periodontal disease Having systemic disease Being smoker Being mouthwash user Using antibiotics over the last six months
