Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Singleton Pregnancy Gestational Age of 24-28 Weeks Scoring Less than 3 on the Landon Unplanned Pregnancy Assessment Questionnaire Having at Least Primary Education No Chronic Diseases Not Using Psychoactive Drugs, Alcohol, and Tobacco Absence of Stressful Life Events in the Last Six Months Low Risk Pregnancy "Willingness to Breastfeedind after Delivery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Resulting from Sexual Assault Occurrence of a Severe Stressful Event, Such as the Death of a Close Relative Loss of Pregnancy During the Study Presence of Anatomical Defects or a History of Breast Surgery Abnormal Breast Morphology Reluctance to Continue Participation Risk Conditions, Including Threat of Preterm Labor, Gestational Diabetes, Preeclampsia,Vaginal Bleeding, Multiple Pregnancy, and Premature Rupture of Membranes
