Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cardiovascular health Muscle skeletal health Have physical activity at least 3 days a week in a recent year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having structural abnormalities Tobacco and alcohol consumption Taking heart rate suppressants or beta blockers Medication or exercise supplements consumption in the past 6 months

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Heart rate variability. Timepoint: Heart rate variability will be measured at baseline and during movement throughout the process and up to 30 minutes after exercise. Method of measurement: Polar H10.;Hypotension. Timepoint: Blood pressure will be measured at the beginning and end of each set and up to 30 minutes after exercise. Method of measurement: Blood Pressure Monitor.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure. Timepoint: Blood pressure will be measured at the beginning and at the end of each set and during the execution of the movement throughout the processing time and up to 30 minutes after activity. Method of measurement: Blood Pressure Monitor.
