Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are willing to participate in the study Patients aged 20-65 years No hearing problems No diseases such as heart problems, other advance systemic diseases and immune suppressive diseases Non-pregnant patients Patients who can undergo local anesthesia No history of mental illness No use of psychiatric drugs Patients with history of root canal therapy in one of the teeth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who need root canal therapy except maxillary premolars Patients who need maxillary premolars root canal therapy but without irreversible pulpitis Patients who getting into unpredictable incident during the study
