Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Indication for TURP surgery BMI 25 to 30 Satisfaction to perform TURP surgery 40 to 75 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient dissatisfaction Brain lesions Infective problems, such as cellulitis at the injection site Motion sickness Thrombocytopenia Sepsis Taking anti-coagulant medication Coagulation disorders Taking NSAID Taking androgen drugs Liver cirrhosis Contraindications for receiving adrenaline and neostigmine Mitral valve stenosis and aortic valve stenosis low blood pressure
