Intervention 1: Intervention group: For the intervention group, a structured and active learning-based training program has been designed, which will be implemented in five sessions of an average of 6
rather, it will provide a combination of diverse educational methods with the aim of improving nurses' job motivation and self-efficacy. The general structure of the sessions includes: presenting basi
practical demonstrations and practical examples of tools and applications that can be used in Clinical environment
guided practical exercises including working with simulated clinical scenarios, decision analysis and practice using the introduced tools
workshop activities and group discussions to increase participation, exchange of ideas and strengthen self-efficacy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical experience of more than six months and employment in neurology-related departments Has not participated in training courses related to artificial intelligence in the past three months. Have a bachelor's degree or higher.
