Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease confirmed by a qualified neurologist specializing in movement disorders, based on the UK PD Society Brain Bank criteria. Willingness to participate in the study No cognitive impairment, as determined in consultation with a neurologist specializing in movement disorders Ability to read and write Native Persian speaker Participation of a family member in the sessions alongside the patient, preferably the primary caregiver

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of psychiatric medications Concurrent participation in educational sessions or other therapeutic-care interventions related to Parkinson’s disease during the study period. Physical illness that would prevent participation in the study History of acute or chronic psychiatric disorders History of acute or chronic neurological conditions such as stroke or traumatic brain injury Hearing or vision impairment
