Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 to 55 Years of Age Reading and Writing Level of Grade 6 At least Reaching Minimum Scores to be Diagnosed with Mild Depression and Mild Anxiety in DASS- 21 (14 and 10 Respectively)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Bipolar Disorders History of Psychotic Disorders History of Substance Dependence or Substance Related Disorders Receiving any Other Psychotherapy During the Study
