Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Military commanders (Army and Corps) who carry out training, training or management (14th grade and higher) Not having a track record of similar research Not having a history of chronic mental illness in the past and now (not using psychotherapy) No use of psychotropic drugs and no history of drug addiction Fluency in Persian Having physical health Being at least 32 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling to continue research Going out of mission outside of Tehran (because researchers will not be available) Critical life crisis during study (such as mental illness or social problems)
