Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Willingness to cooperate - Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and confirmation of its diagnosis by a specialist doctor and laboratory and ultrasound evidence - Age over 20 years - Body mass index over 25

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to cooperate Pregnancy, breastfeeding and menopause History of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, infectious diseases, cirrhosis, kidney failure and cancer Smoking, alcohol and tobacco use Consumption of prebiotics in the past 3 months Regular exercise in the past 6 months Following any special diet in the past 1 month Use of any medication and food supplement in the past 1 month

Triglycerides (TG) are a type of fat found in the blood that are essential for health, but high levels can increase the risk of heart disease. Timepoint: 24 hours before the first training session and 48 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Colorimetric method (Parsamon, Tehran, Iran).;Total cholesterol (TC) is the sum of all cholesterols in the blood. Cholesterol is a type of fat that plays important roles in the body, but too much of it can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. Timepoint: 24 hours before the first training session and 48 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Colorimetric method (Parsamon, Tehran, Iran).;High-density lipoprotein (HDL) is known as “good cholesterol” because it helps remove excess cholesterol from the blood and prevents fat from building up in the arteries. Timepoint: 24 hours before the first training session and 48 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Colorimetric method (Parsamon, Tehran, Iran).;Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) is known as “bad cholesterol” because it deposits in the walls of arteries and can lead to the formation of fatty plaques. Timepoint: 24 hours before the first training session and 48 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: by using the Friedewald formula.;Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) is an enzyme found in the liver, heart, muscles, and other organs.
