Inclusion criteria: Taking Oral Anti Diabetic Medicine No Pregnancy Lack of Alcohol Do not Take Anti Hypertensive Medication No Smoking Not Taking Herbal Supplement to Control Blood Glucose Non Lactation in Women Not Getting Kidney Disease, Especially Diabetic Nephropathy
