Inclusion criteria: Futsal player with a minimum of 5 years playing

The amount of damage and muscle inflammation in Blood tests. Timepoint: Measurement of muscle damage and inflammation at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and after the end of the intervention, which is generally measured in four steps. Method of measurement: Alpha Auto Analyzer.
