Inclusion criteria: pregnant women Candidate for delivery of cesarean section Age 18 to 40 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Concurrent liver or kidney disease Chronic cardiovascular disease History of chronic headache Allergy to melatonin
