Inclusion criteria: Volunteer obese men No drug and alcohol addiction Having no history of regular exercise for at least 6 months No history of kidney, liver, cardiovascular disease, diabetes BMI=30? Waist-to-height ratio (WHtR)>0.5) age between 23 to 32
