Interventions

Intervention 1: The intervention group will receive heparin gel daily for one month. Intervention 2: The control group will receive placebo gel daily for one month.

Inclusion criteria: all patients with pressure sore stage II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not sign informed consent active bleeding low platelet count

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Effects of heparin gel compared with placebo on pressure ulcer status (depth, size, and secretion). Timepoint: 1?3?7?14?21?30. Method of measurement: Depth, diameter, and wound secretion of both group will be evaluated until day-30 of treatment.
