Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with residual stones after PCNL over 2cm Hounsfield over 1000 SSD over 10 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases that have Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS).
