Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People over the age of 18. Patients are candidates for Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy surgery (PCNL).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have a history of receiving chemotherapy. Have a fever and active infection. Have a history of long-term corticosteroid consumption. Have systemic inflammatory diseases. Have a positive urine culture.

| Systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS). Timepoint: In this study, to measure the effect of sterilized municipal water in surgery on systemic inflammatory response syndrome, patients will be examined by the attending physician once in the recovery room after the intervention and once 24 hours after the intervention, and their symptoms of systemic inflammatory response syndrome will be recorded. Method of measurement: Systemic inflammatory response syndrome is assessed by examination and recording (body temperature, respiratory rate, and heart rate) by the attending physician and by blood test (leukocyte count) in the laboratory. If two of these criteria are abnormal, systemic inflammatory response syndrome is considered positive. | — |

Timepoint: To investigate the effect of sterile municipal water used in surgery on the patient's hematocrit level, the patient's hematocrit is measured and compared the day before and after surgery. Method of measurement: Medical diagnostic laboratory with microhematocrit centrifuge.;Complications after surgery. Timepoint: One week after surgery, complications observed in patients in the intervention group are reviewed and recorded and compared with complications in the control group.
