Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Candidates for surgery of Transurethral Ureterolithotripsy Average age 18-75 who are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: People with high urinary citrate levels. Have an acute urinary tract disease. Pregnancy. People with bleeding and coagulation disorders. People with distal ureteral obstruction with stones. People with drug sensitivity to potassium citrate.

| The appearance of the stone is reported and recorded by the operator. Timepoint: After one and three months of lithotripsy, the patients' SFR and the presence of stone remnants are checked by ultrasound.
