Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be over 18 years of age. The first step should be stone surgery. Have signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history of diabetes. Have a history of receiving corticosteroids and chemotherapy. Have fever, active infection, and CRP above 505 Have blood transfusions and embolization after surgery. Have bilateral kidney stones. Have kidney and ureter stones at the same time. Have urinary system anomalies. Have Chronic Kidney Disease Have a previous double J installation

Incidence of systemic inflammatory response syndrome after percutaneous Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy. Timepoint: End of surgery after removal of the endotracheal tube and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Medical laboratory.
