Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals who are 18 - 70 years old. Patients who are candidates for PCNL surgery. Kidney stones typically range in size from 2 to 4 centimeters. They have no history of immune system deficiency.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have a history of recent chemotherapy. Have a fever and active infection. Have a history of long-term corticosteroid use. Have stones larger than 4 cm. Have systemic inflammatory diseases. Their urine culture is positive. Have a long surgery or require more than one unit of blood transfusion during the procedure. Have a history of neuropsychiatric illnesses such as depression and schizophrenia. Have a severe drug allergy.

Timepoint: To assess the patients' systemic function, the attending physician will examine and record vital signs once in the postoperative recovery room and once 24 hours after surgery.
