Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old Suffering from kidney stones confirmed by CT scan without contrast Stone size less than 2 cm Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic pain disorder Patients with ureteral catheters History of previous urological surgery, neurogenic disease, urethral and ureteral strictures, kidney abnormalities, kidney failure, multiple stones Contraindications to regional anesthesia Patients with unsuccessful access to the ureter Patients with changes in the method of anesthesia before the operation
