Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Candidate patients for PCNL surgery with general anesthesia Informed consent of patients Patients who have kidney stones with a diameter equal to or greater than 2 cm or less than 2 cm and resistant to ESWL Patients who have similar characteristics of age, gender and type of kidney stone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with renal anomalies Patients with spinal deformities Patients with excessive abdominal obesity Pregnant patients People with coagulopathy People with untreated infections People who have a possible kidney tumor

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of the average percentage of remaining stones after using the vortex effect in percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery or PCNL in two groups of nephroscope angle 15 degrees and 60 degrees. Timepoint: Before and after surgery. Method of measurement: Using a laboratory digital scale (SonoKit) to weigh the fine grain after surgery and using CT-SCAN imaging to check the Residual Stone Rate parameter.
