Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Candidate patients for PCNL surgery with general anesthesia Informed consent of patients Patients who have kidney stones with a diameter equal to or greater than 2 cm or less than 2 cm and resistant to ESWL Patients who have similar characteristics of age, gender and type of kidney stone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with renal anomalies Patients with spinal deformities Patients with excessive abdominal obesity Pregnant patients People with coagulopathy People with untreated infections People who have a possible kidney tumor

Timepoint: Before and after surgery.
