Inclusion criteria: presence of renal or upper ureteral stone Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiovascular disease presence of acute renal failure Patients with coagulation disorders acute infection Urosepsis

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Accuracy of calyx access. Timepoint: During operation. Method of measurement: Observation by nephroscope and fluroscopy during operation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The success of extracorporeal lithotripsy in kidney stones in Supine and Prone Positions. Timepoint: In two rounds one and two months after extracorporeal lithotripsy. Method of measurement: Ultrasound and CT scan.
