Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 18 years with unresectable or metastatic limb sarcoma and progressive disease despite standard treatment including chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy, or patients with intolerable side effects on available treatments. ECOG>=2 and life expectancy more than 6 months. The patient himself is aware of the disease condition and the status of available treatment options and has approved the informed consent form. Adequate FAPI absorption in the mass. WBC>3000, Hb>9, platelet count>70000, and Cr below 2 times the normal range or GFR>50.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused to participate in the study and also had a history of other concurrent cancers or other end-stage organ diseases will be excluded from the study.
