Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in research Limited age from 18 to 45 years old Having a history of regular periods The length of menstrual days should be between 24 and 35 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a physical illness or taking medication Mental illness Taking antidepressants in the last few months Taking hormonal drugs and vitamins.
