Inclusion criteria: No disturbance in digestive teact intention to do exercises No use of respiratory medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No intention to do exercise worsening of signs and symptoms

MeasureTime frame
Comparing the effect of drugs, maneuver shaker, respiratory and aerobic exercises on reducing reflux. Timepoint: At least 6 months from the onset of reflux. Method of measurement: Ultrasound for measuring muscle thickness, spirometers for respiratory indicators, and questionnaires for assessing the quality of life.
