Inclusion criteria: Having informed consent to participate in the study ASA class I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Steroid drug use within the past year Addiction Cancer History of chronic kidney disease Diabetes Pregnancy and breastfeeding Allergy to ondansetron and corticosteroid, Contraindications to corticosteroid use

Pain. Timepoint: Pain levels will be assessed by the study administrator immediately after transfer to recovery, 2, 4, and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Using of Visual Analogue Scale.;Nausea and vomiting. Timepoint: The amount of nausea and vomiting and its severity will be assessed by the study administrator immediately after transfer to recovery, 2, 4, and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Using the Rhodes Questionnaire.
