Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Informed consent to enter the study over 18 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bone abnormality Severe concomitant disease such as metabolic and gastrointestinal disease Use of omega-3 supplements Elevated serum levels or creatinine greater than 1.8 mg/dL Failure to complete the treatment course Gastrointestinal intolerance Severe infection

| Severity of the disease: In order to check the severity of the disease, it is evaluated using the DAS-28 questionnaire based on the number of swollen joints, local sensitivity and sodium concentration number. Based on the score obtained from the DAS-28 questionnaire, the disease was divided into four categories: improvement (DAS_28 less than 2.6), mild (DAS_28 score between 6.2 and 3.2), moderate (DAS_28 score between 3.2 and 5.1) and severe (DAS-28 more than 5.1) are divided.
