Inclusion criteria: Having polycystic ovary syndrome Age 18-45 years Hemoglobin higher than 12 Milligrams per deciliter Ferritin higher than 20 nanograms per deciliter

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking medicine Having high blood pressure Having heart disease Having diabetes
