Long fractures. Multiple fractures of ribs

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Each patient will be given 1.1 mg / kg morphine and 30 mg / kg magnesium sulfate. Intervention 2: Control group: Will be injected with 1.1 mg / kg morphine.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Long bone fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular disease Pregnancy Drug addiction Reduced alertness alcohol consumption

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: Patient pain scores at 0 - 15 - 30 - 45 and 60 minutes after drug administration. Method of measurement: 11 numeric grading scale (0-10).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Breath rate. Timepoint: Every 10 minutes. Method of measurement: Pulse Oximeter.;Pulse rate. Timepoint: Every 10 minutes. Method of measurement: Pulse Oximeter.;Blood pressure. Timepoint: Every 10 minutes. Method of measurement: Barometer.;Knee-jerk reflex. Timepoint: Every 10 minutes. Method of measurement: Reflex hammer.
