Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Are only undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting using a pulmonary artery pump are fully alert and have the power to speak and speak Persian; have no history of mental illness or psychiatric use. Are healthy and have no hearing loss have no history of stroke and motor defects; are satisfied with the company and continue to study; on the basis of a diagnosis, a specialist physician or hemodynamic symptoms of the patient are allowed and allowed to move. Blood or discharge of secretions from drenas and chest tubes is not greater than 1000 cc at first four hours. Hemodynamics of the patient in the intervention group It is stable at the exit of the bed (blood pressure, respiration, heart rate, oxygen saturation) Systolic blood pressure is not less than 90 mm Hg. The sample does not receive any drug to control restlessness or delirium.
