Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Engaging in overhead sports Positive indication of Lateral Scapular slide test or Scapular dyskinesis test Trigger points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent surgery & traumatic injury on shoulder Diabetics Any infections Any usage of any coagulant drugs
