Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age:35 - 75 ASA Class: 2 or 3 EF 40% or More than Elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sigaret or Opiat users Reoperation Allergy to drugs that using Sever Heart failure
