Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: Patients receiving Pancuronium muscle relaxant at a rate of 1 microgram per kilogram body weight per minute. Intervention 2: Control group:Patients receiving Cis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age:35 - 75 ASA Class: 2 or 3 EF 40% or More than Elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sigaret or Opiat users Reoperation Allergy to drugs that using Sever Heart failure
