Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of myocardial infarction based on clinical symptoms and positive results of diagnostic tests Ability to use phone or mobile phone and messenger software

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe complication of the disease that cannot be cooperation, such as heart failure, mental disorders, stroke Not willing to cooperation
