Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women under 12 weeks of pregnancy Non-smoker pregnant women Smoker husband Secondhand smoke exposure at least 6 cigarettes everyday, at least two months before pregnancy or since pregnancy. Fluent in Farsi Resident of urmia Having at least reading literacy Livinging with husband
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: unwanted pregnancy Maternal and fetal need for special care Drug / alcohol / psychoactive substance abuse in both couples The presence of depression or any known mental illness
