Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participating in childbirth preparation classes Being between 20 and 24 weeks of gestation Volunteering to participate in the study Married and living with a permanent partner
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of known physical illnesses such as heart, respiratory and pulmonary diseases, kidney, and mental illnesses of the mother based on the woman's health record History of yoga activities Presence of obvious abnormalities or fetal growth retardation in the fetus confirmed by ultrasound Experience of stressful events or bereavement of loved ones in the past 6 months

| The primary outcome of the study is the body image of pregnant women with a range of total scale scores between 36 and 180, with a higher score indicating higher body image dissatisfaction. Timepoint: Before the intervention begins, after the intervention ends, and three months after delivery. Method of measurement: Watson et al. Body Image Questionnaire in Pregnancy.;The second primary outcome of the study is the quality of sexual life of pregnant women. The minimum score received by women for their quality of sexual life will be 18 and the maximum score they will receive will be 108. The results are expressed as a percentage. A higher score indicates a higher quality of sexual life. Timepoint: Before the intervention begins, after the intervention ends, and three months after delivery.
