Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: AHI>5 in polysomnography with complaints of obstructive sleep apnea symptoms Age over 55 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: BMI>35 History of head and neck surgery and radiotherapy History of metabolic or cardiovascular disease
