Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AHI>5 in polysomnography with complaints of obstructive sleep apnea symptoms Age over 55 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI>35 History of head and neck surgery and radiotherapy History of metabolic or cardiovascular disease

Apnea Hypopnea Index. Timepoint: At entrance time to trial and 3 months later. Method of measurement: By Shanghai Berry pulse oximetry during night sleep.

Stanford Subjective Snoring Scale. Timepoint: At entrance to trial and 3 months later. Method of measurement: Stanford questionnaire 0-10 scale.;Epworth Sleepiness Scale. Timepoint: At entrance to trial and 3 months later. Method of measurement: Epworth with 8 questions questionnaire.
