Intervention 1: Control group: This group is patients who underwent soft tissue surgery due to obstructive sleep apnea, including Uvolopharyngopalatoplasty and hyoid suspension, and at least 6 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent soft tissue surgery for obstructive sleep apnea at Amir Alam hospital They had at leas 5 AHI prior the surgery At least 6 months have passed since surgery Willing for including into trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling to participate in trial Unable to learn myofunction therapy exercise Unable to do myofunctional exercises

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Apnea Hypopnea Index. Timepoint: At entrance time to trial and 2 months later. Method of measurement: By Berry pulse oximetry during night sleep.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Stanford Subjective Snoring Scale. Timepoint: At entrance to trial and 2 months later. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.;Epworth sleepiness scale. Timepoint: At entrance to trial and 2 months later. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.
