Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are between the ages of 18 to 65 years A cancer diagnosis by physician for at least six months Being literate Having sleep disorder based on Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Specific Questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a prior knowledge or experience of five-A model teaching sessions
