Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participant satisfaction Specialist confirmation for abortion First pregnancy Gestational age 20 weeks or less The ability to speak and understanding persian language Not having a history of psychologically illness also,do not use psychosocial drugs Not having a history of infertility ,Not having a history of physical illness(Including cancers and any other physical illness) No alcohol addiction and other drugs The absence of an accident that causes sadness,anxiety and depression in the last 2 months Not having acute behavioral symptoms( Like continuous talking, obvious illusions) Earn self-esteem score less than zero and anxiety score eight up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participant's unwillingness to continue participating in the study Samples during the intervention have experienced anxiety disorder in life Samples during the study from consulting of services out of research used Samples that get pregnant during the study Absenteeism more than two-Session

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety in women with abortion history. Timepoint: At the beginning of the intervention and after the intervention, as well as three months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Beck Anxiety Questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Self-Esteem in women with abortion history. Timepoint: At the beginning of the intervention and after the intervention, as well as three months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Rosenberg Self-Esteem Questionnaire.
