18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have 6 weeks of moderate to severe low back pain confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging and have no response to conservative treatments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a spinal canal stenosis Have a systemic bone or joint disease Have systemic inflammatory diseases Previous history of lumbar surgery Concurrent cervical myelopathy Altered coagulation Ongoing infectious disease Have steroid injections over the past 6 months Presence of neurological deficits Need of early surgery Have an acute trauma Pregnancy
