Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the criteria for Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness according to the diagnostic protocol: 1-Presence of dizziness, unsteadiness, or vertigo without rotation on most days for 3 months or more 2-Persistent symptoms without specific stimuli that can be exacerbated by standing, active or passive movement regardless of direction or position, and exposure to moving visual stimuli or complex visual patterns. Age range 18 to 55 years (young adults) Be literate Not taking non-prescription medications
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The individual's unwillingness to participate in this research The presence of true vertigo
