Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients who have received ultrareiz current with the following characteristics:low-frequency current(142 Hz) , duration 2 milliseconds and inter-pulse of 5 millis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 38-74 years pain at least for 3 months No use of pain killer or anti inflammation drugs both sexes with knee osteoarthritis in stages 2 and 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: neuropathic disorder nerve(sensory and motor) injury auto immune diseases any metallic implant in the joint structural giving way contraindications for electrotherapy ( for example cardiac patients with pacemaker) Malignancies Epilepsy

Pain score in the questionnaire. Timepoint: Before starting the intervention and after 10 sessions of treatment.
