Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having a definitive diagnosis of heart failure. Being interested in participating in the study. Being able to provide written consent to participate in the study (being literate).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a language disorder, meaning the patient cannot answer the questionnaire. Unstable clinical condition Having a cognitive disorder (Alzheimer's, delirium) Mental illnesses that impair a person's judgment and cognition, such as schizophrenia Blindness or deafness Having other illnesses that require special treatment and interfere with the training process, such as chemotherapy in cancer patients
