Inclusion criteria: For at least three years, fasting blood glucose 162-250 ?All subjects used only medications (metformin and glibenclamide) with the advice of their specialist, Prior to entering the study

Exclusion criteria: Smoking Body mass index above 40

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor. Timepoint: Measurement before starting to use aloe vera and exercise and after eight weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Measurement of BDNF serum Exclusive kit with ELISA method with a sensitivity coefficient of 6% nanograms per ml.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Insulin. Timepoint: Measurement before starting to use aloe vera and exercise and after eight weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: ELISA method using Mercodia laboratory kit with a coefficient of change of 6.48% and a sensitivity of 15.15. Micro unit per deciliter.
